Johan Gedde

Johan Gedde is the SVP of Customer Experience and Success at ThreatConnect. He is responsible for the team’s strategic direction and execution, and implementation of best practices to deliver a customer experience that maximizes engagement and adoption of ThreatConnect’s platform.

As a Global Business Leader, Johan has a track record in leading multicultural Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams within high-growth SaaS companies. Before joining ThreatConnect, Johan spent more than a decade as a member of the senior leadership team at Vocus, where he served as the company’s Vice President of Customer Success for EMEA. His expertise in implementing strategic programs helped promote best-in-class customer experience which led to accelerated growth for the company. More recently, Johan spent over 4 years as a member of the executive team at Surefire Local where he served as the company’s EVP of Customer Success and Global Operations. He played a key role in restructuring the customer success team and provided strategic leadership that allowed the organization to scale while enhancing the overall customer experience and dramatically improving customer retention.

Johan currently serves as an advisor to the Customer Experience Certificate Program at the University of Richmond and has provided consultation to multiple companies looking to build an uncompromised customer experience. Johan holds a Bachelor of Science (Cum Laude) from the University of Maryland. He lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and two kids.
