ThreatConnect Launches Developer Partner Program

With the new program, ThreatConnect empowers third-party vendors to build their own apps and integrations

August 6,  2019 – Arlington, VA – ThreatConnect Inc.®, provider of the industry’s only intelligence-driven security operations platform, is excited to announce the launch of its Developer Partner Program. ThreatConnect’s Developer Partner Program will provide third-party companies with the resources and support they need to develop, test, and market their own applications (apps) and integrations for the ThreatConnect Platform.

“We designed ThreatConnect to be a platform on which others could build, to ensure that our customers could integrate all of their technologies and run an intelligence-driven security program. Up until now, that development has been use case by use case, customer by customer, ” said Adam Vincent, CEO of ThreatConnect. “With this program, we intend to scale much faster, going from hundreds of applications and integrations to thousands.”

ThreatConnect has brought on additional personnel to help support Partners as they bring new joint solutions to market. With this investment, ThreatConnect aims to accelerate the company’s ongoing go-to-market efforts and help fuel the company’s next stage of growth.

“Because we are an intelligence-driven security operations platform, ThreatConnect relies on our Partners to both feed data into the Platform and take action on it – creating an infinite loop of intelligence and operations,” said Charles Sanders, Director of Technology Partners. “With this Program, Partners can meet the expanding use cases of their customers by integrating with ThreatConnect – leveraging its intelligence, automation, orchestration and analytics for their products – not just for one customer at a time but all of them.”

Under this new program, Developer Partners will now have access to the following resources:

  • Dedicated Business Personnel

Developer Partners now have access to a dedicated business support that will help ensure that apps and integrations are successfully brought to market and made available to potential customers.

  • Sales & Marketing Opportunities

Developer Partners can take advantage of opportunities to engage directly with ThreatConnect sales teams and will have access to Marketing resources that help promote joint solutions.

  • Technical Resources & Support

Developer Partners will have access to the technical resources to develop, test, and launch apps and integrations and will continue to provide them with ongoing support.

A number of existing Partners that have already successfully built their own apps and integrations will be automatically included in the Developer Partner Program. These Partners include Cofense, King & Union, Bandura Cyber, Kaspersky, and BluVector.

Initially, the Developer Partner Program will launch as a pilot and will only be open to a limited number of vendors. ThreatConnect expects to fully launch the new Program by early 2020.
