MySQL

MySQL and MariaDB are open-source relational database management systems. MariaDB is a fork of MySQL that maintains high compatibility while introducing new features and storage engines. Both databases use SQL and comply with ACID principles. MariaDB is fully GPL licensed, while MySQL follows a dual-license approach.

Integrations

MySQL

The Polarity - MySQL/MariaDB integration will run any optimized SQL search against a MySQL/MariaDB. Enabling analysts to quickly get insights into data in those databases.

Polarity's MySQL/MariaDB integration allows automated lookups to a MySQL or MariaDB database using a user defined query. The integration only supports running a single query. As a result, it is recommended to pick a single entity type using the "Manage Integration Data" option on the integrations page.

This integration uses the excellent node-mariadb. While this integration will work out of the box, it is primarily intended to provide a well-defined template for constructing your own custom MySQL/MariaDB based integrations.
