Network Security

The Polarity Axonius integration allows Polarity to search the Axonius API to return event information on internal users and assets. The integration supports device lookups by preferred IP address, domain and a custom hostname type. In addition, user lookups are supported via e-mail address. Enabling analysts to quickly identify any assets on their network.

Axonius Hostname/IP Overview

Summary Tags: When an analyst runs a search on a hostname or IP, they will immediately be able to know the associated data (IP - hostname etc) and any users that are associated with the hostname or IP.
Device Details: When the analyst clicks into the details of the integration they will be able to see information about the device the hostname/IP is related to. Getting context on when it was first and last seen, what user is associated to the device, mac address and the host operating system.
Installed Software: Analysts will also be able to see what type of software is installed on the machine so they can quickly gain context on if there is malicious software.
Additional Information: Finally analysts can get information on the security patches that have been applied, any open ports on the device and any adapters associated.
