Today, I’m excited to share important news: ThreatConnect is merging with Dataminr, a pioneer in AI-powered threat, risk, and event intelligence across physical, digital, and cyber domains. Dataminr leads the world in AI-native real-time threat intelligence, empowering organizations like yours with rapid collection, processing, and alerting capabilities.
This combination lays the foundation to strengthen your ability to stay ahead of evolving cyber risks. By joining forces, we’ll deliver even greater value, insight, and speed to customers’ cyber defense programs through deeper and more personalized intelligence in a faster, more timely manner. The combined company will be approximately $200M in ARR, with more than 800 employees serving more than 1,000 customers worldwide.
Why this is great for our customers
Our commitment to you is simple: everything you count on today continues—only better.

You’ll keep getting the same reliable service and ongoing product innovation you expect from ThreatConnect. And we will continue to provide ongoing enhancements, integrations, and innovations across the current ThreatConnect products, including ThreatConnect Threat Intelligence Platform, Polarity, and RQ.
- Increased investment in the ThreatConnect Platform. ThreatConnect will be a core pillar of Dataminr’s cybersecurity strategy, with continued enhancements, integrations, and innovation across our platform.

- Support for our partners: We will continue to provide comprehensive support for our intelligence feed, security control, IT system integration, and distribution partners
Over time, we plan to bring the best of Dataminr Pulse for Cyber Risk and ThreatConnect together to empower cyber teams with client‑tailored, AI‑powered threat intelligence, smarter risk‑based prioritization, and faster, more precise response.
What it means for the market
Security teams have long had to stitch together external signals and internal context. This combination changes the game:
- A unified external + internal intelligence fabric. Dataminr’s multi‑source, real‑time detection—paired with ThreatConnect’s ability to unify and operationalize intelligence across complex enterprise environments, which enables an end‑to‑end view from “what just happened” to “what it means for my organization” and “what we should do next.”
- Acceleration toward client‑tailored intelligence. Dataminr has been pushing the frontier on AI for real‑time intelligence; together, we’ll advance toward truly client‑tailored intelligence that adapts to each customer’s environment and priorities.
- Scale and trust you can rely on. ThreatConnect is relied on by more than 250 enterprise and government organizations—including one‑third of the Fortune 50—while Dataminr is trusted by two‑thirds of the Fortune 50, half of the Fortune 100, 100+ U.S. government agencies, and 20 international governments. That collective reach means faster learning cycles, stronger signal fidelity, and more resilient defenses for our customers.
Our ecosystem stays open
Your technology stack and your partnerships remain first‑class citizens. ThreatConnect has always taken a “Switzerland” approach to intelligence providers and security‑stack integrations—meeting customers where they are. We will continue to support our 250+ integrations across SIEM, SOAR, EDR, case management, and intelligence sources, and we’ll keep partnering broadly across the ecosystem.
What to expect next
- Business as usual, plus more. You’ll continue to see feature releases, integration updates, and performance improvements across the ThreatConnect Platform—now with the added momentum of Dataminr’s AI and data capabilities.
- A clear, combined roadmap. As we integrate, we’ll share how the combined offerings will unlock new, differentiated capabilities, especially where real‑time external signals and internal context intersect to drive faster, better decisions.
On behalf of everyone at ThreatConnect, thank you for your business and partnership. We can’t wait to begin our next chapter—stronger together with Dataminr.
