New courses and our knowledge base are combined in one place
We are very excited to introduce our new Learning Portal! Accessible to all of our registered users, this portal not only houses the courses that are available to users, but is also the new home of our Knowledge Base.
The Knowledge Base is where you can find all of your information needs ranging from guides to training videos and best practices, ThreatConnect’s Knowledge Base has everything you need to use the Platform to its fullest potential. This information can be invaluable to all of our customers when trying to get the most out of their license.
The Learning Portal is where all of the newly available courses can be found. The courses are broken up into various functional areas such as “Getting Started” and “Basic Functions.” These functional areas walk customers through the steps necessary to not only set-up their ThreatConnect Platform, but also how to operate within the Platform itself. In addition to the basics, the courses will take users step-by-step through how to create advanced Playbooks and other important features of the Platform.
The ThreatConnect Platform was built to provide a single place for all members of your security team to work. By creating the Learning Portal, we are preparing your teams to make full use of the Platform as quickly as possible. Our comprehensive resources — featured articles, videos, and role-specific training courses, the ThreatConnect Learning Portal is your one-stop place to gain an understanding and acquire new skills.
