ThreatConnect offers extended coverage and a dedicated Customer Success Team, in addition to our technical support, to help ensure your success.

Contacting Support
  • Email Customer Support at support@threatconnect.com. You will receive back an assigned support ticket number and will be contacted within a timeframe of your particular service level.
  • Or use the Support web portal, to submit a case and a ticket number will automatically be generated. The web portal URL is: https://jira-tc.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2
  • Normal services hours are M-F, 9:00am–6:00pm Eastern Time or 24/7, based on your level of service. Your case is documented, then routed to the appropriate support team for response. Our toll-free Customer Support telephone number is 800.965.2708.
